The program
Online weight loss clinic — the program MED Miami is opening
Not open yet. Rather than a countdown, here is the whole thing in advance: the medicine, the price, the review, and the people we will say no to.
What an online weight loss clinic is, and what this one will be
A weight loss clinic used to mean a building. For medication-based care it no longer has to: the prescription comes from a clinician licensed in your state, the pharmacy ships to your address, and the follow-up happens in messages. There is nothing to drive to.
What separates a good one from a bad one is not the technology. It is whether a clinician actually reviews you, whether you are told plainly what the medicine is and who prepares it, and whether the price is visible before you hand over anything.
Online weight care for adults, in English, Spanish and Portuguese, built around compounded semaglutide and a clinician who stays with you rather than signing once and disappearing.
| Medicine | Compounded semaglutide, a weekly injection, if a clinician prescribes it |
| Who prepares it | A state-licensed 503A pharmacy in the U.S., named on your label |
| Who prescribes | Clinicians licensed in your state. Florida first. |
| Where | Entirely online. No clinic to visit. |
| Languages | English, Spanish and Portuguese, from the first question to the last message |
| What arrives | Your medication, the supplies to take it and your clinician's instructions, in one box |
What compounded means
Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for one patient's prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold, and they are not generic versions of any brand-name drug. MED Miami does not compound, manufacture or dispense medication. The pharmacy that prepares yours is named on the label.
We say this here, on the product page and in the box, because you should know exactly what you are taking.
What it will cost
| Plan | Billed | Per 4-week supply |
|---|---|---|
| 3-month plan | $597 every 12 weeks | $199 |
| 6-month plan | $1,074 every 24 weeks | $179 |
Nothing is charged until a clinician approves treatment. The plan renews at the same price until you turn renewal off in your account. See the plans.
Who this will not be for
Saying this early is the point of the page.
- Anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, or with MEN 2. Semaglutide is not used in either case, with no exceptions and no workaround.
- Anyone under a BMI of 27. At 27–29.9 a weight-related condition is needed as well.
- Anyone who wants a prescription without a clinician's judgement. The review is not a formality here.
What you can read now
The guides are written and free. They are the same information we would give a patient, minus the consultation.

Why publish this before there is anything to sell
Because the order tells you something. A company that shows its exclusions, its sourcing and its price before it has a checkout is making a different bet than one that shows a before-and-after photo and a "get started" button.
